Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1cup rolled oats


  • 1/2 cup roasted suji


  • 1/2 cup chopped onions


  • 2tblspn groundnut


  • 1tsp oil


  • 1tsp green chilli finely chopped


  • 1/2tsp mustard seeds


  • 2tblspn Coriander leaves for garnishing


  • 1/2tsp urad dal


  • 1/2tsp turmeric powder


  • 1tsp salt


  • 4cup warm water


  • 1/2 cup curd

Directions

  • Heat oil in a deep kadhai
  • Add mustard seeds, urad dal and groundnut to it.
  • Let them splutter
  • Add onions and green chillies
  • Cook till translucent
  • Add curd, turmeric powder and salt.
  • Mix well
  • Add water and give a nice boil
  • Add oats and suji
  • Mix well.
  • Cook till it gets thick.
  • Adjust the salt as per taste
  • Garnish with Coriander leaves and serve
